Live Account Holders:
On initial login you are required to change the GTS Platform password for your account,
regardless of which platform you are using. Your new password must be at least 8
characters long and be alpha-numeric. For example: fxsolfx3
Before you can use FX AccuCharts, and trade directly from the charts, there are two steps to take:
1.
Download GTS Pro
2. Change your password. Passwords must be 8 characters long and be alphs-numeric.
If you do not install GTS Pro, you will be unable to trade from the charts using FX AccuCharts.

If you are having trouble logging into your platform,
please follow these steps:

Carefully re-enter the user name and password into the login box. Please note the login
information is case sensitive. If you are cutting and pasting the username and password,
try inputting the information manually.

If you are having trouble logging in, ensure that your username and password are typed exactly as they appear in the email and that there are no extra characters such as
spaces at the end.
